ISSUES REPRESENTED BEFORE VITH PAY COMMISSION.

1.    

The questionnaire put on before the Government/Associations/General public has been replied to in detail ensuring interests of employees.

 

2.    

Except National Holidays Conversion of Gazetted Holidays into Casual leave / R.H.

 

3.    

Scrapping off the need of Annual confidential reports for promotion.

 

4.    

Abolition or amendment of CCS (Conduct) rules.

 

5.    

Enhancement in Transport allowance.

 

6.    

D.A. on higher rates for Group C & D employees.

 

7.    

Ministerial allowance to DASS employees or permission to work outside office hours.

 

8.    

Stoppage of filling regular vacancies with contractual staff.

 

9.    

Cadre restructure of DASS staff.

 

10.    

Nomenclature change of DASS staff.

 

11.    

Separate identity/special treatment for Delhi Govt. staff.

 

12.    

LTC payment /regular earned leave encashment without deduction from 300 days accumulations payable at superannuation.

 

13.    

Class IV scales enhancement.

 

14.    

Shift duty allowance & gap/comparison of scales with Physiotherapists in respect of Nursing staff.

 

15.    

Pay parity of Gr.II (DASS) with assistant of GOI.  Consider them existent in 6500-10500 while recommending scale in 6th CPC.

 

16.    

Enhancement of pay scale of UDC/LDC

REVIEW OF DGH SCHEME ending of permission from HOD clause, permission to avail cashless facility in Govt./Private Hospitals, permission to avail OPD facilities in private. Hospitals, REQUEST ACCEDED; REVIEW COMMITTEE HEADED BY PR. SECY (H &FW) WILL SUBMIT ITS REPORT SHORTLY.

Amendment in R.R. of Gr.II to stop entry of Steno & direct recruits.

Cadre restructure/conversion of posts of UDC in HC following pattern of Statistical / Planning Department vide order dt.1.12.2006

Framing of transfer/posting policy, ensuring interests of female employees posting nearer to residence.

Permission to form Cooperative Housing society for Delhi Govt. employees.

Linkage of association website with Delhi Govt. website under head facilities for employees, for convenience & accessibility round the clock.
