The
aim of the organization is to ensure a good working atmosphere & facilities for all the employees of N.C.T. Delhi, so
that they can work more efficiently without any pressure.Further, we intend
to provide this platform to the employees so that issues of common interests could be taken up/pressed for with authorities
concerned for the betterment of employees.Through this platform we wish to spread
spirit of brotherhood, friendship among the employees and to give them a sense of feeling that there are people watching their
interests.The organization will make continuous efforts to ensure a safe &
comfortable office atmosphere and to save them from harassment/pressures of higher authorities, if any.
